I've spent nearly 20 years helping people become stronger, healthier, and more resilient through strength training, nutrition, and mental fitness.
The longer I coach, the more I've come to appreciate that lasting change isn't built by focusing on one area of life. The body influences the mind. The mind influences the body. Progress happens when both develop together.
That belief shapes everything I do, whether I'm coaching someone through their first workout, helping a client improve their nutrition, or introducing someone to meditation for the first time.
My interest in coaching began while serving in the United States Air Force during a deployment to Iraq.
Training became part of my daily routine, and before long other airmen started asking for help with their workouts. One evening, after a long shift, someone woke me up to ask for my training program. It was a simple moment, but it stayed with me. For the first time, I realized that helping other people improve their lives through fitness could become more than a personal interest. It could become my life's work.

Since then, I've been coaching people from all walks of life while continuing to study strength training, nutrition, behavior change, and human performance.
Every experience has reinforced the same belief:
coaching should be practical, personal, and built around the individual.

Every person who walks through the door brings a different story, different goals, and different challenges.
Some want to lose weight. Others want to build strength, improve their health, prepare for an event, or simply feel better than they do today.
My job is to understand where you're starting, build a plan around your life, and coach you through the process. Goals change. Life changes. Good coaching changes with them.

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me hiking, reading, spending time with my wife Jessica and our Goldendoodle Willow, or leading Heartfulness meditations.
I'm endlessly curious about what helps people grow. That curiosity continues to shape both my coaching and my own life.

If you're looking to build strength, improve your nutrition, or develop greater mental resilience, I'd love to learn about your goals and help you build a plan that fits your life.
