I’m Jason Nutting, a fitness professional with nearly 15 years of experience helping people eat, move, and live better. I live with my wife Jessica and our fur-baby Willow in Traveler’s Rest, South Carolina. I co-own The ONE GYM, a 4,000 sq. ft. private personal training studio and corporate wellness center in downtown Greenville, SC, alongside my partner, Alex Smith, CSCS.
